I am no longer accepting new clients. • • • LOYALTY CARDS • • • Loyalty Cards are issued annually. It must be presented at the time of each qualifying service (of $30 or more) in order to earn a stamp. Loyalty cards will not be stamped at a later date for prior visits. • • • CONTACT • • • I can be reached directly via text, email, or this website’s contact tab. Services cannot be confirmed, canceled, rescheduled or modified via social media. Any correspondence outside of normal business hours will be handled the next business day. • • • 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD • • • We all deserve a little grace! After 15 minutes, a $15 LATE FEE will be applied to your service total. Excessive tardiness will result in reduced services, requiring full payment. In the same respect, if I arrive to the suite 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will receive $15 OFF of your service total. • • • WAITLIST • • • If you are unable to find an appointment that works best for you, please join the waitlist with a DETAILED note. The online system is set to automatically notify you of openings that match your preferred day(s) and time(s). Please be mindful that an additional $50 CONVENIENCE FEE will be applied to ALL requests to be serviced outside of normal business hours.

Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read & accept all MNC policies and procedures. •• NO CHILDREN/EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED •• CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24-HOURS of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s), same-day, via the card on file •• NO-SHOWS/INSUFFICIENT FUNDS will be charged 100% and banned from scheduling future nail care services •• YOU ARE EXPECTED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU OR ANYONE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH IS FEELING UNWELL •• In the event that you arrive with symptoms of a communicable/contagious illness, you will be asked to leave, charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) and banned from scheduling future nail care services
